Prenatal classes help you to understand the different phases of pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth. What a wonderful place to be! To help you make the most of your pregnancy and the birth of your baby, we've put together a series of four prenatal preparation group sessions covering a range of topics.

Coping with pain and the baby's arrival
Pain is often the most dreaded part of childbirth. In this module, we'll explain the role of pain, and explore various techniques for managing its intensity during labour. Finally, we'll discuss the decisions you will need to make when your baby arrives.

Our approach is inclusive and non-judgmental, whether you choose to give birth in a hospital, birthing centre or at home. Our role is to provide you with all the information and support you need, respecting your choices and situation.
You'll be part of a small, intimate group where you'll have the space to ask your questions.

Suggested timeframe: 24 to 32 weeks of pregnancy
It is important to start the classes during the suggested timeframe (24 to 32 weeks of pregnancy). To accommodate as many parents as possible, we reserve the right to change your registration to a later date if your due date does not align with the course schedule. We will notify you if this adjustment is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Live outside the region?
This course is exclusively offered free of charge to all future parents in the Eastern Townships by Bedon & Bout'chou. For parents outside the Estrie region, we invite you to refer to the perinatal resource centre nearest to you.
